1. Who we are

Keyli.ai is operated by HousePilot, Inc., located at 2315 S Bascom Ave, Ste 300, Campbell, CA 95008.

2. Acceptance

By visiting the site, submitting any form, or using the Keyli service, you accept these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or the services.

3. The service

Keyli is an AI voice agent that answers calls on behalf of a business, handling questions, booking appointments, taking messages, sending text follow-ups, and routing urgent calls. Specific plan features, limits, and pricing for any engagement are set out separately when you sign up.

The website itself is informational. Requesting a demo through the site does not create a service contract; that comes only when you activate a plan.

4. SMS & messaging terms

When you provide a phone number, on a call with Keyli or through a form on this site, you agree to receive SMS messages from HousePilot, Inc. about the matter you contacted us about, such as:

• Call summaries texted to a caller only after they say yes on the call.
• Appointment confirmations and reminders.
• Missed-call text-back when Keyli could not connect the caller.
• Replies to questions the caller asked Keyli to follow up on.

• Frequency: message frequency varies and depends on your interaction with us.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply, per your carrier plan. We do not charge for the messages themselves.
• Help: reply HELP to any message for assistance, or email support@keyli.ai.
• Opt out: reply STOP to any message at any time to immediately unsubscribe. We do not require any other action.
• No marketing without consent: we will not send you promotional or marketing SMS unless you have separately opted in to that.

Carrier support and message delivery are subject to your carrier and device. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, and we are not liable for delays, undelivered messages, or carrier outages outside our control.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the site or service to violate any applicable law.
• Submit false or misleading information through any form.
• Attempt to interfere with, probe, or compromise the security or operation of the site or our backends.
• Use the service to harass, abuse, or impersonate any person or entity.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to access source code or systems other than what we have publicly published.

6. Intellectual property

The site's content, including text, graphics, logos, and code, is owned by HousePilot, Inc. or used with permission. You may not copy or redistribute it without our written consent, except that you may share the public URL freely.

7. Privacy

Your use of the site is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms.

8. No warranties

The site and service are provided “as is.” We make no warranties, express or implied, about availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, except where required by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HousePilot, Inc. and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the site or service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of $100 USD or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in California have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or related to these terms or the site.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
