2. What we collect

We collect only the information you give us, and limited automatic data:

• Contact information you submit: name, business name, email, phone number, and any details you include in our contact, demo, or inquiry forms.
• Communications: the content of SMS messages, emails, call recordings, transcripts, and summaries between callers, you, and Keyli.
• Usage data: basic, anonymized analytics about which pages you visit (page URL, referrer, browser type). We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

3. How we use it

• To answer and handle calls on behalf of the businesses that use Keyli.
• To send SMS and email messages directly related to a call or request, such as confirmations, reminders, summaries, and follow-ups.
• To set up, operate, and improve the Keyli service for a business.
• To respond to your inquiries and schedule demos you request.

4. SMS & messaging consent

We send SMS only to people who have consented, either by telling Keyli “yes” on a call, or by submitting their phone number through a form on this site. Messages are transactional and relate to the call or request, for example:

• Call summaries texted to a caller only after they say yes on the call.
• Appointment confirmations and reminders.
• Missed-call text-back when Keyli could not connect the caller.
• Replies to questions the caller asked Keyli to follow up on.

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell, rent, or trade your phone number, SMS opt-in status, or SMS conversation content. SMS opt-in and consent data will not be shared with any third party. Phone numbers and SMS data are used only to deliver the messages you consented to.

5. Who we share data with

We share information only as needed to operate the service:

• Service providers: for example, the SMS and voice carrier (such as Twilio) that delivers our messages and calls, our email provider, and our hosting provider. Each is bound by its own privacy and security obligations and may use your data only to provide the service to us, never for its own marketing.
• Legal requirements: if required by law, subpoena, or to protect our or others' rights.

As stated above, your SMS opt-in and consent data is excluded from all sharing except delivery by the messaging carrier strictly to send the messages you requested. We do not sell your personal information.

6. How long we keep it

We keep contact and conversation data only as long as needed to provide the service, plus a reasonable retention period for legal, accounting, and security purposes. You can request deletion at any time (see “Your rights” below).

7. Security

We use commercially reasonable safeguards, such as encrypted connections, authenticated access, and standard backend security practices, to protect the information you provide. No system is perfectly secure; we'll notify you if we ever discover a breach affecting your information.

8. Your rights

You can ask us at any time to:

• See what information we have about you.
• Correct inaccurate information.
• Delete your information from our systems.
• Stop sending you any further messages.

Email privacy@keyli.ai with the request. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, and those apply too.

9. Children

Keyli is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced via the site and, where appropriate, by email.
